This organization is committed to transforming lives in underserved communities by equipping a million young people across 25 countries with essential programming skills. Million Coders doesn't just teach coding—it enables participants to upskill, reskill, and turn their innovative ideas into real technological projects, paving the way for a brighter, more equitable future. As a proud nominee for the AdvantEdge Empowerment Fund™, Million Coders is set to receive unparalleled support from our team. We offer high-impact executive coaching and leadership development to their CEO or a key C-Suite leader, completely free of charge for 12 months. This initiative is designed not only to strengthen their leadership capabilities but also to empower their team to drive the organization's vision with impactful and sustainable strategies.
