We believe in the power of purpose over profit. The AdvantEdge Empowerment Fund provides executive coaching and leadership development, at no cost, to selected CEOs of non-profit organizations whose work reaches far beyond their own walls.

Our purpose
Purpose over profit
Our mission is to create lasting, sustainable change by empowering visionary leaders to drive change within their communities and beyond. The AdvantEdge Empowerment Fund is our dedication to that mission made concrete: fostering leadership that changes things, igniting positive change and helping to create a more equitable society.
Our goal is to match 50% of all AdvantEdge Leadership revenue to support this initiative, providing high-impact executive coaching and leadership development at no cost to selected CEOs of non-profit organizations.
The support is designed to give these executives the tools and insight they need to extend their mission’s reach and effectiveness, completely free of charge.
Partner with us
Amplify your impact
We invite partnerships with charities and non-profit organizations that have a profound national or global impact. By working with like-minded organizations, we extend our reach and magnify our collective effort.
One example is Million Coders, working with Airtics and Acacia University. The organization is committed to transforming lives in underserved communities by equipping a million young people across 25 countries with essential programming skills. Million Coders does not just teach coding: it enables participants to upskill, reskill and turn their ideas into real technological projects, paving the way for a more equitable future. As a nominee to the AdvantEdge Empowerment Fund, Million Coders received executive coaching and leadership development for its CEO, free of charge, for twelve months, to strengthen leadership capability and help the team drive the organization’s vision with sustainable strategies.
Partner organizations receive the same commitment: we volunteer our time and expertise to provide executive coaching and leadership development to your CEO for a term of twelve months, entirely at no cost, to elevate your mission, help you overcome challenges and support sustainable growth.

Selection and disclaimer
Selection criteria are based on the measurable impact and the potential for sustainable growth of the nominated organizations. While we strive to support as many non-profits as possible, the number of organizations we can partner with is limited. Selection is made on the organization’s alignment with our mission and values, the demonstrated need for leadership development, and the potential for significant community or societal impact.
